Description
Whenever a new VPX/MPX is provisioned initial setup wizard will keep appearing.
Yellow marks are seen on Subnet IP and license
Instructions
The factors/values/files asked in the wizard are something without which the NetScaler won't be useful as it should be.
NetScaler IP: Used for Management purpose.
Subnet IP : Used by NetScaler to communicate to backend server.
License : To enable any feature on NetScaler.
You must assign a NetScaler IP (NSIP) address as the management IP address of your NetScaler appliance. This is the address at which you access the NetScaler for configuration, monitoring, and other management tasks. Assign a subnet IP (SNIP) address for your NetScaler to communicate with the backend servers. Specify a host name to identify your NetScaler, an IP address for a DNS server to resolve domain names, and the time zone in which your NetScaler is located.
The wizard will appear if any of the following conditions are met:
- The appliance is configured with the default IP address (192.168.100.1).
- A Subnet IP address is not configured.
- Licenses are not present on the appliance.
So there is no way to get rid of the window. You can skip it though.
