License Activation from NetScaler VPX failing

Description
Customer is unable to apply License activation codes on Netscaler VPX using CLI and GUI.
When attempting to retrieve a new license from NS VPX via the access code fails to verify the certificate of citrixservices.citrix.com
Resolution
problem was because of the root CA available in NS VPX box is unable to verify the updated certificate of Citrixservices.citrix.com.
The certificate on Citrixservices.citrix.com was cross signed with existing NS VPX certificate vendor and the new versions will include this certificate.

Problem Cause
It is confirmed SSL certificate has been changed on “citrixservices.citrix.com” since 11/16, which is not installed to NetScaler. The issue started happening since then.Issue/Introduction
