The System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) client cannot start after upgrading Microsoft Windows 10 from Build 1607 to Build 1703 with a VDA installed on it.

Problem Cause

SccmPlugin.dll crashes when issues a WQL query to Citrix_VirtualDesktopInfo class in the name space "root\citrix\DesktopInformation".
