When attempting to connect to infrastructure services using the WEM Administration Console, the following error is seen: A valid license server with appropriate licenses needs to be configured before you can start using Citrix Workspace Environment Management.
Update the Infrastructure Service Configuration Utility and WEM Administration Console to use the same license server FQDN and save the settings.
Verify the License Server Manager Port configured is correct (default is 27000, but a custom port may be in use).
Possible Cause 1. A different license server is configured in the Infrastructure Service Configuration Utility than in Admin Console configuration.
Possible Cause 2. An incorrect license server port is configured compared to the actual License Server Manager Port configuration in use.
