Instructions

From Appliance GUI, Configuration > Diagnostics > Tracing

a)  Depending of the issue select either: NOTE: Do not select “Packet Capture Off”
b)  Select the module that needs to be troubleshot: c)  Under Deployment select "Deployment Specific (i.e. WCCP, HA, Group Mode, Client)" (if needed).
d)  Under System select "System Specific (i.e SNMP, License, Adapter, System)" (if needed).
e)  Under Action click on "Start Tracing".
f)  "Stop tracing" to allow trace packaging to be completed.
  g) To retrieve the trace file just captured click on "Retrieve File"
