Description
Consider the following scenario. You have enabled Workspace Control for Receiver for Web in your Xen Desktop environment. Additionally, you have enabled the setting to display Reconnect/Disconnect button for Receiver for Web as shown in the screenshot below:
However, when user logs on to Receiver for Web, they don't see the Connect and Disconnect button as shown in the screenshot below:

Cause
This issue can occur if the Receiver for Web URL is not added to the Trusted Sites list of the web browser on user's machine.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, add the Receiver for Web URL to the Trusted Sites list of the web browser as shown in the screenshot below:
