MMC crashes when trying to remove controller from Multi-Site Aggregation Configuration. This only happens when trying make changes on Multi site aggregation Configuration.

Resolution
This is a Microsoft .NET issue. The fix is to upgrade to .NET version 4.7.1 or higher.

Problem Cause
Microsoft explains that this is a known issue with .NET versions 4.6.x
