Description

All the services showing down on NetScaler. The monitor shows: "Failure - Internal error: resource unavailable to send probe" 

Resolution

The issue could be with the "Transparent" option on the monitor. Disable this if this is not needed

Problem Cause

With "Transparent" option enabled, the probe is sent to the Destination IP configured in the monitor, through the actual service.
That is, the next hop MAC address would be that of the service that is being monitored.
