WEM Drive Restriction policy will not apply to End User session on WEM Agent machines

Remove End Users from Administrators Group in Active Directory so that WEM "Environmental Settings" would not be excluded for their sessions.

FYI:  This applies to any policy setting in WEM where the option to Exclude Administrators is selected.

Problem Cause

In WEM Administration Console, "Environmental Settings" was configured for "Exclude Administrators" and End Users that needed the Drive Restriction Policies were part of the Administrator's group through Active Directory
