Description
VUEMUIAgent not launching after login to user session right away after getting to Ctrl+Alt+Del.
When waiting for about two minutes at Ctrl+Alt+Del without login, and then after the two minutes we login, then the VUEMUIAgent launches fine.
Resolution
Create the following registry key on the WEM agent which will ensure to run the VUEMAgent.exe at logon:
Name: VUEMUIAgent
Data: C:\Program Files (x86)\Norskale\Norskale Agent Host\VUEMUIAgent.exe
Type: REG_SZ
Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Name: VUEMUIAgent
Data: C:\Program Files (x86)\Norskale\Norskale Agent Host\VUEMUIAgent.exe
Type: REG_SZ
Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Problem Cause
Some 3rd party task prevents the VUEMAgent to launch when the login is done right away after getting to Ctrl+Alt+Del.
