You have script saved as a .Bat File that you wish to launch as a XenApp.

By Default when you publish an application it only allows you to select Executable Files (.exe) and Shortcuts (.lnk) files. This is how it is designed.

Instead of Browsing to the location, simply type the path to the .Bat file as shown below.

Example:

For testing purpose you can create a Test.bat file to stop and and start Print Spooler service.

Publish Test.bat by adding the path to the .bat file directly to "Path to the executable".

Launch the Test.Bat both via IE and Google Chrome and it should launch successfully.
