The  HDX media engine crashes when disconnecting or logging off from a session.

Here is how to reproduce the issue:

1. Start a published desktop from a ThinClient (dual screen).
2. Within the published Desktop, launch another desktop.
3. Put this desktop on the second screen.
4. Logoff or disconnect > error appears. This issue only appears when the second desktop is on the second screen.
5. If the desktop is on the primary screen, the issue does not appear.

Fixed with Receiver 4.9 (LC8354). Upgrade to the latest version of the Receiver.
