Block Screen capture option is not available in SecureMail MDX policies for IOS devices.

Answer:​

• Block screen capture option is available only on Android and not on iOS. Any option which is not available under MDX policies is by default On. Hence the Screen capture/snapshots will be allowed for iOS. • The two option available for iOS are block camera and Obscure screen contents . Obscure screen contents is default ON. This policy prevents from the screen contents from recording.
• As a work around we can push a restriction policy with the Screenshot OFF. Please note that this policy is applied on the entire device hence the users will not be able to take screenshot on entire device (anywhere like settings, other apps, etc) however the mdx policies are limited to the applications itself.
