Description
Found the following eventID 4010 on StoreFront server "The Citrix XML Service at address dxxxxxxx36:443 has failed the background health check and has been temporarily removed from the list Of services.
Failure details: An SSL connection could not be established: The server sent a security certificate identifying *.mcs360.ccm, ..mcsWcom, mcs360.ccm, but the SSI connection was to dxxxxxxx36. This message was reported from the Citrix XML Service at address"
Resolution
Created new domain certificate on domain of DDCs and configured certificate bindings.
Changed XML Traffic and STA configurations to HTTPSÂ
Configured STA Server Binding on NetScaler to use HTTPSÂ

Problem Cause
Found DDCs configured on SF servers not configured with FQDN. Found that certificate configured on Delivery controllers has a different domain than the controllersIssue/Introduction
Need to encrypt XML traffic. Applications not enumerating
