Trying to delete unused version of Acrobat Pro 11 and i get error below that says it's being used in two temp plates. However looking at Layer Information says this app is used in one template and no desktops are using this version, version 1. Location: UdmcSilverlight.Modules.Layers.Wizards.Delete.ViewModels.ContainerDeleteViewModel Message: 2 Templates are using layer version '1' Details: Remove the layer from the template and try the operation again.

Instructions

Assigned a newer template version to the desktops, then deleted the older templates versions.

1) Check all versions of templates for the app layer version to be deleted, if present assign any desktop(s) on that version to a newer version of the template(creating a newer version as needed)

2) Delete the version(s) of any template which is linked to the target app layer, which is to be deleted.

3) Is the app layer the oldest or newest version?

4) Delete the older app layer version.

The customer could use the tool, UnideskReports, to determine which template is using the app layer.
