Dashboard of XA/XD Wizard on NetScaler Gateway does not show HDX sessions count for ICA users. It shows 0.
NetScaler Vserver created using XA/XD Wizard and it correctly shows value for AAA users and currently it has universal licenses.
From GUI and Putty we are seeing ICA connections for the users. However, dashboard shows 0.
Shows 0 for HDX sessions even the ICA connection has established.
Resolution
HDX Sessions shows ‘Current Basic (ICAOnly) AAA Session’.
If NetScaler Gateway turned on with ICAOnly, then only GUI wizard shows ICAOnly sessions under ‘HDX Sessions’ view.
We need to make sure the VPN vserver created is of type ICAOnly.
That should take care of the problem.

Problem Cause
