The Internet Explorer 8 browser does not display the Gateway portal in Netscaler 12.0 version

Description
After upgrading the Netscaler to 12.0 version we will not be able to access NetScaler Gateway portal using Internet Explorer 8 browser. While accessing gateway we will be seeing an empty screen as shown in below snapshot.
This issue will be seen only if the portal theme is set to Default, Greenbubble, or X1. The portal does appear if the portal theme is set to RfWebUI.
Resolution
A bug is already filed for the issue and the bug ID is 669942.
Issue/Introduction
This articles describes about supportability of IE8 while accessing NS gateway portal in 12.0 version.
