Slow Performance Issues on NetScaler SD-WAN 9.2.1.23

Description
Reports of slow performance with high packet loss and calls intermittently disconnected through the NetScaler SD-WAN due to the following known issues:
- Max number of new connections per source limitation
- Encryption key reset issue
Resolution
The code fix for these issues is included in latest hotfix 9.2.1.1001 and version 9.3.0
Workaround
a. Max number of new connections per source issue can be resolved by going to Connections > Site > Firewall > Settings > Advanced and set the Max New Connections per Source to 0 (default value 100).
Note: Default value is changed to 0 from 9.3.0 release.
b. Encryption key reset issue is fixed in latest hotfix 9.2.1.1001 and version 9.3.0
