This article describes how to restart the "aslearn" process on the Netscaler

Background

In certain situations when the learning feature of the Netscaler Application Firewall does not work it requires a process restart.

Instructions

From the Netscaler CLI command run the following commands:
  
>shell
#  /netscaler/aslearn -start -f /netscaler/aslearn.conf


Sample output of sucessful  process restart:
  
root@NS1# /netscaler/aslearn -start -f /netscaler/aslearn.conf
#AppFW learning engine configuration file /netscaler/aslearn.conf is correct
root@NS1#
