After XD 7.15 upgrade, and during the automatic site database upgrade process, site upgrade completes successfully but failed to launch Studio with Error "Could not connect to Orchestration Service".

Resolution
We noticed that OrchDBConnection and TrustDBConnection schema is not created at site upgrade.
Ran Test-OrchDBConnection and Test-TrustDBConnection.
It failed with error DBUnconfigured.
Run
Set-OrchDBConnection -DBConnection $NULL and
Set-TrustDBConnection -DBConnection $NULL
Attempt Manual site upgrade, which will create a SQL query to create missing schema's in the database.
Run that query in SQL CMD mode.
Run
Get-ConfigRegisteredServiceInstance -ServiceType "Broker" | Unregister-ConfigRegisteredServiceInstance
Get-BrokerServiceInstance | Register-ConfigServiceInstance
Launch Studio.
Problem Cause
Could not create Orchestration and Trust DBSchema in the database.
