Binding more than one Service to a LB VServer at the same time on the GUI was not working correctly.
However, if the services are bound one by one, it works fine.
Issue is seen on NetScaler 11.1.51 and 11.1.52.
Attempted to replicate the issue on Netscaler version 11.1.53 and 11.1.54 and the binding of the multiple services is working fine.

Workaround:

• Please bind services one by one, or
• Use the following CLI command to bind services to service group:

bind serviceGroup <service group name> <Server IP> <Server Port>

Fix:

• Upgrade Netscaler to version 11.1.53.6, or 12.0.33.4

• Unable to bind multiple services to a virtual server at the same time, however it is possible to bind service one by one.

Action Taken:

• Replicated this issue in my lab for the following NS versions:11.1.53 and 11.1.54.

Issue:

• This is due to a known issue TSK0675637, fixed in NS 11.1.53.6 and 12.0.33.4.
