- Edited the opt file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\CITRIX.opt" 
     NOLOG IN 
     NOLOG OUT

- Deleted the files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS\resource\usage folder 
- Refresh the DDC console’s licensing tab
