This article provides instruction on how to enable or disable access to the Self Help Portal (SHP).


Instructions

To Enable SHP:(Default value is False)

  • Login to the XenMobile web console using an account with appropriate administrative privileges.
  • Go to Settings > Server Properties.
  • Search for and then select "shp.console.enable" - click on Edit.
  • Change the Value to "True" in order to enable Self Help Portal. 
  • Click Save.
  • Restart the XenMobile server. Please note that if you have a clustered environment, you need to restart XenMobile on all nodes for the changes to take effect

To Disable SHP:

  1. Login to the XenMobile web console with admin account.
  2. Go to Settings > Server Properties.

  4. Change the Value to "False" in order to disable the user access to Self Help Portal. (Default value is True)
  5. Click Save.
  6. Restart the XenMobile server. Please note that if you have a clustered environment, you need to restart XenMobile on all nodes for the changes to take effect.
