• During the upgrade process of StoreFront, the changes made in the Manually modified files including default.ica and usernamepassword.tfrm are not retained

• Take a backup of manually modified files including default.ica and usernamepassword.tfrm from location C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\StoreName\App_Data before starting the upgrade
• Upgrade the StoreFront
• Replace the new files with the old files including default.ica and usernamepassword.tfrm, that were backed up in first step, to ensure retain the old settings.

Problem Cause

• When we upgrade the Storefront files get deleted and recreated.  So any changes made to the files manually will be gone.
