Description
Norskale Broker Service.exe on WEM Broker randomly crashes on all WEM Brokers present.
Crash dump analysis of this service shows the following:
PROCESS_NAME: Norskale Broker Service.exe
ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000374 - A heap has been corrupted.
EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000374 - A heap has been corrupted.
Resolution
Upgrade all WEM environment to WEM 4.4 or later.

Problem Cause
DirectoryEntry object is maintaining some cache that can corrupt memory when concurrent garbage collection is enabled
