Description

Dedicated pool machines get shutdown when user logs off the desktop during off peak hours. The logoff timer to shutdown was ignored.

Resolution

We can use powershell to set AutomaticPowerOnForAssigned to $false on the delivery group for logged off shutdown timeout to work.

Problem Cause

XenDesktop turns on the machines at the start of each peak period, and turns them off at the start of each off-peak period when machine has no sessions on it.
