Question:
If Users are connecting to a StoreFront created site and accessing applications from a XA 6.x or XD 7.x setup and admin disables some applications will the application icon still be visible ?

Answer:
No , the application icons would no longer be visible on the receiver for web page or receiver self service console . If shortcuts are created on the user's Start Menu or Desktop they will also disappear after the receiver periodically updates the information contacting the StoreFront .
This behavior is by design to avoid confusion and bring ease of access to end point users if administrator disables the application during maintenance or other reasons . As if application icons would be still visible for disabled applications , it would fail to launch and cause confusion to end users .
If Applications from XenApp 6.x are also presented through StoreFront , the option to not hide disabled applications under application properties is not applicable with StoreFront , and they would still remain hidden .
