XenDesktop 7.13 - Communication Lost Between VMware vCenter Hypervisor And Delivery Controller

Description
Error: The host server cannot be contacted. Check that the connection has a valid host address, and that the host server is powered on and working properly.
Inner Exception: The hypervisor was not contactable at the supplied address. (Reason = URL Invalid)
Resolution
Enabled TLS 1.0 on 2nd Delivery Controller.
This bug has been fixed under LC7686 in XenDesktop 7.14.1 and above.

CDF trace showed the connection attempt to vCenter was going from the 2nd Delivery Controller which had TLS 1.0 disabled.

Problem Cause
There were two Delivery Controllers in the site. One had TLS 1.0 enabled and the other has it disabled.CDF trace showed the connection attempt to vCenter was going from the 2nd Delivery Controller which had TLS 1.0 disabled.
