Unable to Answer Calls with Plantronics Savi Headset Using Skype and RTOP

Description
While using Skype and HDX RealTime Optimization Pack (RTOP), the users attempts to answer a call by using the buttons on the headset or base but call is not answered. However the call can be answered using the UI.
Resolution
The issue was resolved with bug fix LC7873. Contact tech support to request this private fix.

Problem Cause
Plantronics Savi device requires usage of wake-up message "0008:002A = ONLINE" which was not implemented before.Issue/Introduction
