Resolution

Run the following command to identify the MCS pool that was attached to a domain
Get-AcctIdentityPool -AdminAddress "Delivery controller FQDN: 80" 
Remove-AcctIdentityPool  -IdentityPoolName xxxx   /xxx is identitypoolname

MCS Machines in a domain that does not exists
