Note: This article applies to Citrix SD-WAN WANOP.
Unable to install license on NetScaler SD-WAN WANOP edition. The following error is displayed:

Resolution

Obtain the Host ID on license server by navigating to Configuration > Appliance Settings > Licensing as shown in the following screenshot. The last 4 characters of Host ID (ignore case) should match with NewSDXBoxID parameter in the NetScaler SD-WAN support.html page

To resolve this issue set the Host ID on NetScaler SD-WAN under Parameters > VPX.NewSDXBoxID to match the last 4 digits of license server Host ID.

Problem Cause

Local license server Host ID did not match with the Host ID on NetScaler SD-WAN.
