It can be achieved by 2 ways:

1. If UK and US users are in different site, you can configure user group policy.

2. If you just want to use XenApp to do this, you need to upgrade to version higher than XenApp 7.12, then publish 2 regional settings and then use “Tag” to assign to each server. command: rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL intl.cp1,,5
