  • In Citrix Director if you go to the Trends section-->Sessions--> Session Details, it will sometimes not load the information when you explicitly select any delivery group. Sometimes it just spins or sometimes it gives incorrect data. 

Example: If 500 sessions are connected, the "Session Details" pane only shows 3 sessions and if you scroll down, it says "No data available for specified time period"

Not Working
  • However, if you export the report it shows the correct results.
  • If you select "All" delivery groups it displays the correct result both on the "Session Details" pane as well as in the report.

 

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in XenApp/Xendesktop 7.14.1. Upgrading the Delivery Controller and Director to 7.14.1 will resolve the issue.

This was a known issue with XA/XD 7.13 caused by the incorrect offset in Monitor API running SQL query
