Description

After every week approximately, Gateway users cannot connect anymore and see the following error post login:
Error : "Internal server error-43552"

  • Need to failover/ reboot to resolve the issue
  • Huge amount of Memory allocation failures seen on MEM_AAA
  • High session timeout configured on session profiles (Eg: 60/180/480)

Resolution

Reduce the session timeout to a lower value like 10 minutes. This will help in releasing the memory faster avoiding memory leaks.
