User is unable to control the volume of a Skype call using the published desktops volume adjustment controls.

Please use the controls on the endpoint side or the controls on the headset itself to adjust the volume up, down or mute.

Problem Cause

While using RTOP in optimized mode (not fall-back) the call is established from the endpoint, not the server where Skype is published. Adjusting the volume in the remote session using Skype UI or desktop volume control will have no effect over the call now hosted on the endpoint.
