High memory usage UPM

Description
There is high memory usage of process userProfileManager.exe on all servers after upgrading to UPM 5.7.
Resolution
This is fixed with fix LC7585. This is now part of UPM 5.8.
If upgrading to UPM 5.8 is not immediately possible disable registry active write back as a workaround.
