Description

Historical data missing from Director Trends view when server was shutdown and started again after 30 days.

Resolution

The customer are using the XenDesktop advanced license. The Citrix Director Server can only save 7 days historical log for Advanced License. It has already passed 30 days when we start the Citrix Director Server , which means it will directly delete the history log which are older than 7 days. That's why we don't have any log from the Director View.


Problem Cause

This is by design.
