How to troubleshoot error " Access to company network not available" while enrolling to xenmobile ?

Symptoms :
After putting XMS FQDN if we receive error "Access to company network not available " , click on Report and collect logs 

LOG ANALYSIS :

Below error message indicates that user is entering incorrect FQDN or the DNS is unable to resolve the FQDN.
 
HTTPClientCertCredID=null, com.citrix.Receiver.AuthManager.DiagnosticDescription=A server with the specified hostname could not be found., NSUnderlyingError=0x16207a5a0 {Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1003 "A server with the specified hostname could not be found."


Below error message indicates that XenMobile FQDN is not reachable.

Follow below to fix the issue :

Provide correct Enrollment FQDN to enroll iOS device.
 Check the DNS entry provided under DNS Server for XenMobile Server.
 Login to the XenMobile Administrator Console to see if the XenMobile Server is up and running using XenMobile Server IP.
 Verify connectivity checks on XenMobile Server, navigate to Login  Tools  XenMobile Connectivity Check, perform the checks, all relevant checks should be display as success.
 You may face this issue if the NetScaler is unable to load balance properly, hence check the NetScaler MDM load balancer configuration.
