Description

Licenses not being released back into pool of available licenses after deleting them from console. However when devices enroll count will go up consuming licenses, but it will never go back down.

Resolution

Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Stop Citrix License Service.
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS\resource\cache folder.
  3. Delete entire contents of folder (after backing up).
  4. Restart Citrix License Service.
