Description
Upgrade NetScaler from 11.1 52.13 to 11.1 53.11 with a Custom Theme including nFactor causes "Cannot Complete Your Request" on Initial screen that client should be prompted to logon.
Resolution
Deleting the custom theme from the theme engine and recreating it from scratch fixed the issue.
Problem Cause
Custom Theme and nFactor in place during upgrade.
