During device boot up, there will be an error "login request time out !"
Resolution
Delete this version and create a new one.
Problem Cause
CDF error message "VhdOpen failed with error: 0xE0210021. folder = <E:\CTX-IS-WORK>, diskFileName = <CTX-IS-WORK.5.avhd>"
VHD chain corrupt on version 5
