Description
Citrix Cloud runs periodic health checks on Cloud Connectors to ensure that they are operational. As part of this health check, the synchronization of the system clock with UTC is verified. If the system time of the Cloud Connector machine is out of sync, the health check will fail. Connectors in this state may impact service availability, functionality or performance.
If the Cloud Connector fails the connectivity check, the Resource Location and individual connector machine will be marked with an error and a notification will be sent to the Administrator.
