Description
Error message "Please verify your user name and password and try logging on again. If you cannot log on, contact your help desk." prompts when users attempt to login web site.

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
This can be due to timeout between WebInterface and XenDesktop Delivery Controller when attempting to authenticate the user via XML authentication.
Increase the the timeout valu of [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\DesktopServer\XmlWpnbrRequestTimeoutMs] to 90000 on the Delivery Controller may help.
