Description
After launching VDI, CDviewer window appears with grey connecting background and then disappears.
The following error is displayed:
Error: "Vanadium: TW protocol error: Exectution failed(code 5)"
Resolution
[Workaround1] Reinstall Virtual Desktop Agent on the VM having the issue.
[Workaround2] Switch to legacy mode.
