Top 10 Apps
By default, Installed Apps widget shows top 10 apps installed by users. If there are more than 10 apps installed, a search bar will appear on top of this widget so that you can search for any other app.
You can hover over the graph to see more stats (platform division) of a particular app, as shown in the image below.
Export all Apps and Devices as CSV
Installed Apps widget allows exporting all apps and associated devices data in form of CSV.
You can export data as CSV using
Actions menu located at top right of the widget.
The exported data contains different details regarding apps and devices e.g. app name, app version, app owner, app size, app id, app install time, device serial number, IMEI, user name, last auth date, OS version, platform, device model etc.
Drill-down by App Version
You can drill-down on any app to see the stats by app version. While in drill-down mode,
Export as CSV will only export the data related to that particular app. You can click on the back arrow button on the graph to go back to the previous state of the widget.

Click on
Actions >
View Devices, to view these devices on console. This will take you to
Manage >
Devices where you can perform any action on these devices.
If you want to view the devices with particular version of an app installed on them, click on any version of the app. It will also take you to
Manage >
Devices page where you can view the devices with that particular app version only.
For example, in this case, clicking
11.33.58 will list devices only with this version of
YouTube app.
Searching an App
Installed Apps widget allows you to search for an app that is not listed in top 10 apps. When you try to search for an app using the search bar, it will list down all the apps starting with the search text.

After searching, when you select an app, Installed Apps widget will drill-down to show all the versions of that app installed on different devices.

These are the features provided by Installed Apps widget that can be used in different ways to get the information required for your business needs.
