USB printers not auto-connecting to ICA session on WYSE terminal

To make USB printers auto connect in ICA session on WYSE Thin Clients, make sure following policies are enabled from Citrix Studio and confirm whether same USB printers are connecting automatically while launching ICA session on a FAT client:

1. Client USB device redirection
2. Auto-create client printers
3. Client printer redirection

Also, confirm the Printer settings on your Thin client:

Go to system settings > Printer



In Printer settings, make sure "Printer Identification" should have the same name as the printer driver which will be used.
If you are using Universal Printer Driver, then make sure you enter the Universal Printer Driver here or for Company and Model specific printer drivers, try to reach the manufacturer of the printer.
