Description

When we update a CertKey pair, it creates a duplicate entry and throws an error message “Cannot allocate memory”.

While checking /var/ns.log file you can see below error in ns.log file:
Feb  6 12:39:43 <local0.info> 172.16.151.11 02/06/2017:11:39:43 GMT Netscaler01 0-PPE-0 : default GUI CMD_EXECUTED 182911 0 :  User MY_Netscaler\nsroot - Remote_ip 192.168.1.2 - Command "update ssl certKey webexSSL -cert testservercert.cert -key testservercert.key" - Status "ERROR: Cannot allocate memory"

Resolution

Fix:
The issue is fixed in 11.0 71_2+, 11.1 55_2+ and 12.0 51.9+ build, request you to upgrade to the builds having the fix or later GA builds to fix the issue.
Workaround:
Workaround is to reboot the NetScaler making sure that ns.conf doesn't contain the new certificate configuration.
Also while reboot make sure that configuration is not saved.
