While trying to install the web interface feature on a Netscaler 11.1 getting the error as : Installation failed. Please check the log file /var/log/wicmd.log I cannot locate this log file at all.

Solution:

- WI tar file version should match with NetScaler version.

- You can check the error on this log file /var/log/wicmd.log
