Description

After publishing layer to PVS, VM keeps rebooting with windows error below

- SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (CVhdMp.sys)

Resolution

OS layer for W12 still has a E1000 board configured and you will see the results that are currently getting. You have to :
  • clear the E1000 out in an OS revision
  • add revision or remake the platform layer with the new OS revision
  • try deploying again
Follow the below link to remove E1000 NIC -

Also, If the slot address is 160 instead of 192, then change the slot address to 192 and confirm a good boot.

Then, go back to their clone and convert it to a virtual machine, change the setting from 160 to 192 and then turn the machine back into a clone. You can change the Ethernet PCI slot parameter from VM setting.
