Resolution
1. Adding machines to an existing machine catalog fails with "the object has already been deleted or has not been completely created"
2. Last change made:- vCenter was upgrade from 5.5 version B to version E.
3. Running test resource shows one failed test with network/storage being modified.
4. We need to revert to the original configuration of that network/storage and then we should be able to add the machines to the catalog.
Problem Cause
VCenter was upgrade from 5.5 version B to version E , Network/storage change under the resource.
